       Last year, I had a truly wonderful Christmas vacation that was filled with family bonding, relaxation, and a touch of adventure. It all began a few days before Christmas when I took a short trip to visit my relatives in Abra. The peaceful setting, with its mountainous and tree-covered landscapes, made it feel like something that's in an exciting movie.       On Christmas Eve, we first attended a mass, and then we gathered for a hearty and cozy family dinner. The house was decorated with twinkling lights, and the smell of gingerbread, tons of veggies, and roasted pig filled the air.
